Refund Policy

At Summer Shopping (https://dryshopfruit.in/), we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, in some cases, we may need to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. If your order is canceled, our Customer Service Team will notify you, and any charged amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled by contacting Customer Service at help.dryshopfruit@gmail.com.
  • If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and refund the full amount (excluding any transaction or banking charges).
  • Processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.
  • Some cancellations may occur within an hour of order placement.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Once the return request is approved and received, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange it at no cost.
  • Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product at help.dryshopfruit@gmail.com with details and proof (photos/videos).
  • If approved, follow the provided instructions to return the item.
  • The product must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Free return shipping is arranged for damaged/defective items.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Washed, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned.
  • Products sold as combos or sets cannot be returned individually.
  • Returns based on personal preference are not accepted.

Shipping & COD Fees

  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Contact Customer Service and initiate the return within 7 days.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection and verification.
  • Free return shipping for damaged or defective items; other returns may incur shipping charges.
  • Reverse pickup takes 3-6 business days; refunds are still processed within 5 days after receiving the item.
  • If returning via self-shipping, use a reliable courier service, and send the receipt via email. We will refund up to Rs 120 for shipping costs.

Additional Terms

  • Used, washed, or tampered products cannot be returned.
  • Multiple item returns should be requested together.
  • Orders with a high return rate may incur a Rs 99 shipping charge to prevent misuse.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for customers with excessive returns or canceled COD shipments.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
